Shipping Policy:
1. Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
2. Shipping Methods:
- We offer free standard shipping in Europe. Delivery times vary based on the selected method and shipping destination.
3. Shipping Locations:
- We ship orders directly from the EU to Europe.
- DAP Shipping – We do not charge VAT/taxes for Switzerland, Norway or the UK. Local customs and import VAT may be collected by the courier before delivery.
- For inquiries about taxes or import duties outside of the EU, please contact us at support@cistastudios.com. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Shipping Delays:
- While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact the delivery schedule. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
6. Shipping Rates:
- We offer free standard shipping in Europe.

Note for customers in Switzerland, Norway & the UK:
Orders are shipped DAP. Import VAT and customs fees may apply upon delivery.
7. Return Shipping Rates:
- We offer free shipping on all orders, but due to high shipping and handling costs, it’s unfortunately not sustainable for us to offer both free shipping and free returns. For this reason, we charge a flat return fee of 15 EUR, or the equivalent amount in your local currency. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
