Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us and we always aim to make things as smooth as possible.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping fee

We offer free shipping on all orders, but due to high shipping and handling costs, it’s unfortunately not sustainable for us to offer both free shipping and free returns. For this reason, we charge a flat return fee of 15 EUR, or the equivalent amount in your local currency. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@cistastudios.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Warranty Policy

At Cista Studios, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products. All items purchased from our webshop are covered by a 2-year warranty, in compliance with the European Union’s consumer protection laws.

Scope of the Warranty

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. It applies to all products purchased from our webshop, www.cistastudios.com, for personal, non-commercial use within Europe.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is two (2) years from the date of delivery of the product. During this period, Cista Studios will repair or replace, free of charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery.
• Failure of the product to function as described.
  
  

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, misuse, or alteration of the product.
• Damage resulting from accidents, exposure to extreme conditions (such as heat, water, etc.), or unauthorized repair attempts.
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or color changes due to normal use.

Your Rights as a Consumer

In accordance with EU law, this warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which include the right to a repair or replacement if the product is faulty, or a full refund if the defect is discovered within the first 30 days of delivery.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@cistastudios.com with your order number, details of the defect, and any supporting images if necessary.
2. Return Authorization: Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the product.
3. Inspection: Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to verify the defect. If a defect is found and confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you. If the product is no longer available, we will offer an equivalent replacement or issue a refund.
   
   

Costs of Returns

If the product is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, Cista Studios will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is not defective or if the warranty claim is invalid, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Cista Studios is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to damage to other property. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
