Include the following:

- Whether you want a refund or the other size
30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is a flat €15 deducted from your refund. We send the label.
Something has failed
Include the following:
- Your order number
- What went wrong, and roughly when it started
- A photo of it
Two years on materials and workmanship.
